为找出现有实验室条件下制造的非涂布纸张与目前市售喷墨打印纸间综合质量所存在的差异,同时建立更为全面的纸张综合质量评价方法,通过特征选取并测量了11种不同质量等级和用途的喷墨打印纸张的物理特性、印刷特性和抗水性能等综合指标,建立了基于主成分分析和聚类分析数学模型来评价不同喷墨打印纸张的综合性能。结果表明通过累积方差和特征值提取了2个主成分反应原始变量的83.55%的信息,实现了使用较少的分量覆盖更多的信息;对于 PC1-PC2平面,在第二、三象限和第一、四象限内的指标变量彼此之间互为正相关性。综合PC1-PC2平面内指标变量分布关系为R值得分公式系数提供正负性依据。聚类分析将11种喷墨打印纸分为3小类,从分类距离来看实验室手抄纸更接近与市售4号和5号喷墨打印纸水平,为进一步改进纸张性能和科学地评价纸张综合质量提供理论依据。“,”To find the difference between the hand-sheets made in the lab and the ink-jet paper on the market, meanwhile to establish a more systematical paper quality evaluation method, 11 kinds of paper with various qualities and purposes was prepared to test the physical properties, printing performances and hydrophobic properties. The comprehensive performance of different ink-jet paper was evaluated by mathematical model of principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis. The results indicated that the two principal component extracted by cumulative variance and eigenvalue contained nearly 83.55%information, using the less component to cover the more information. The factors in the second and third quadrant showed the positive correlation in the PC1-PC2 plane. The factors in the first and forth quadrant were the same. Whether the coefficient of the R value was determined to be positive or negative by the distribution of factors in the PC1-PC2 plane. The 11 kinds of ink-jet paper were classified into another 3 group. The overall performance of hand-sheet was closed to Paper4 and Paper5 calculated by the cluster distance. These would provide the theoretical basis to improve paper performance and scientifically evaluate the paper quality.
