我段自1965年建段以来,ZQDR—204型牵引电动机发生了许多故障,归纳起来主要有:主极引出线断裂,升高片开焊,绑扎线散开,附加极接地,整流子发黑及变形,电枢转轴断裂,轴承裂损,刷架装置烧损,均衡块脱落,牵引小齿轮松动,整流子环火,瓷瓶击穿及裂损等10余种。现仅就其中六种主要故障产生的原因进行分析,并提出今后预防的措施。一、主极引出线断裂主极引出线断裂绝大多数发生于抱轴处的主极,并且断裂位置几乎完全相同。抱轴处主极为开口式线圈,其中一根引出线弯曲近于直角,断裂处见附图中箭头所指的垂直部位。

First, the main pole lead breakage The main pole lead break occurred in the vast majority of the main pole at the axis, and the fracture location is almost exactly the same. The main axis of the ankle is an open coil. One of the lead wires is bent at a right angle and the break point is the vertical part indicated by the arrow in the figure.
