文化整合是管理整合中重要且关键的组成部分,文化整合事关并购成败。本文分析了T公司在并购B公司后,采取“相互尊重,双向沟通,相互借鉴”循序渐进的融合策略,充分说明了“人”在文化整合中的重要性。
Cultural integration is an important and crucial part of management integration. Cultural integration is related to the success or failure of M & A. This paper analyzes the gradual integration strategy of “Mutual Respect, Two-way Communication and Mutual Reference” of T Company after the acquisition of Company B, which fully demonstrates the importance of “people ” in the cultural integration.
