Russian “Silver Age ” intellectuals put forward unique geopolitical propositions and systems and cultural models. They tried to go beyond the Western European and Slavic parties and did not agree with the Bolsheviks. They wanted to go the course of neither Eurasian nor Western nor East. Eurasian geopolitical thought explains Russia’s unique geopolitical attributes and strengthens Russia’s sense of seeking a unique path of development. The Eurasianism’s geospatial consciousness, its alienation and rejection of Europe, the worship of nomadic herdsmen and their own “heir”, their identification with and revision of Slavism all reveal Eurasianism in a multi-level manner The geo-political awareness of expansion and its expansionary orientation have highlighted the conservativeness of Eurasianism and strong Slavic flavor and have had a significant impact on the new Eurasianism and Russia’s foreign policy.
