为了研究不同情绪氛围对隐性知识共享的影响,文章对已有学者提出的创新型组织中隐性知识传播模型进行修改,得到组织中情绪氛围对隐性知识共享影响模型。进一步运用Netlogo软件对该模型进行仿真,分析不同的情绪氛围对隐性知识共享具体的促进或抑制作用,揭示了情绪在隐性知识共享过程中的重要性。结果表明:积极情绪氛围和某些消极情绪(如失望、愤恨、悲伤等)氛围下,组织成员都会共享隐性知识,而在某些消极情绪(如生气、愤恨)氛围下,组织成员不会进行隐性知识共享。
In order to study the influence of different moods on the sharing of tacit knowledge, this paper modifies the model of tacit knowledge dissemination in innovative organizations proposed by some scholars and obtains the influence model of the emotional atmosphere on tacit knowledge sharing in the organization. Further use of Netlogo software to simulate the model to analyze the different emotional atmosphere on tacit knowledge sharing to promote or inhibit the role of specific, revealing the emotional in the tacit knowledge sharing process of importance. The results show that under the atmosphere of positive emotions and some negative emotions (such as disappointment, resentment, sadness, etc.), members of the organization share tacit knowledge, and in some negative emotions (such as angry, resentment), members will not Tacit knowledge sharing.
