目的观察α-硫辛酸联合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物治疗糖尿病神经病变的疗效。方法将156例2型糖尿病神经病变患者随机分为试验组(81例)和对照组(75例)。对照组患者使用牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物7.2 NU,每日一次,共2周,治疗组在此基础上使用α-硫辛酸600 mg,每日一次,共2周。观察两组治疗前后临床症状的改善、神经病变总症状(TSS)评分和神经传导速度的变化,以及治疗的总有效率。结果治疗2周后,试验组和对照组的TSS总积分、疼痛积分、麻木积分、感觉减退积分、烧灼感积分均明显降低,运动神经和感觉神经传导速度均有所增加,且试验组的变化更加明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=3.16,P=0.028)。结论α-硫辛酸联合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物静脉滴注治疗糖尿病神经病变疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of α-lipoic acid combined with vaccinia vaccination on inflammatory skin extracts in rabbits for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy. Methods 156 patients with type 2 diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into experimental group (81 cases) and control group (75 cases). In the control group, rabbits were vaccinated with vaccinia vaccines for 7.2 NU inflammatory skin extracts once daily for 2 weeks. The treatment group was given α-lipoic acid 600 mg once daily for 2 weeks on the basis of the above. The improvement of clinical symptoms, the change of total neuropathic symptom (TSS) scores and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were observed, and the total effective rate of treatment was observed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the TSS total score, pain score, numbness score, sensory decline score and burning sensation scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased, and the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity increased, and the changes of the experimental group More obvious differences were statistically significant (P all <0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 3.16, P = 0.028). Conclusion The combination of α-lipoic acid and vaccinia vaccination rabbits inflamed skin extract intravenous infusion of diabetic neuropathy significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
