作为可再生的能源,风电资源的开发利用已经成为了我国清洁能源发电企业主要的发展方向。环境问题的日益突出,为我国的生态环境带来了巨大的威胁。为了从根本上改变这种不利的局面,我国政府开始加快对环境友好型社会的建设,这为风电企业的经营活动带来了更多的工作思路。但是在实际的经营过程中,由于风电企业在管理模式方面存在着很多的问题,导致企业的整体效益偏低。本文将对风电企业管理模式方面的一些问题进行详细地分析。
As a renewable energy source, the development and utilization of wind power resources has become the main development direction of clean energy power generation enterprises in China. The growing environmental problems have brought a huge threat to our ecological environment. In order to radically change this unfavorable situation, our government has begun to accelerate the construction of an environment-friendly society, which has brought more work ideas for the wind power business activities. However, in the actual business process, due to the many problems in the management mode of wind power companies, the overall efficiency of the enterprises is low. This article will analyze in detail the problems in the wind power business management model.
