目的:探讨优质护理服务在急诊抢救室中的应用效果。方法:2013年4月~2015年5月选取浙江省湖州市中心医院急诊抢救室收治的96例患者为研究对象,对其入院编号进行排序后,以随机数表抽取法分为对照组48例与观察组48例,给予对照组急诊科常规护理服务,给予观察组优质护理服务,对两组患者抢救成功率、护理质量、VAS疼痛评分、住院期间心理状态进行统计比较。结果:观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,但比较差异不明显。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分明显高于对照组,且VAS疼痛评分、SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊抢救室中开展优质护理服务,可有效提升护理质量和抢救成功率,减少患者不良反应及疼痛状态,并能改善患者抑郁和焦虑状态。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing service in emergency room. Methods: From April 2013 to May 2015, 96 patients admitted to emergency room in Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were enrolled in this study. The hospital admission numbers were sorted and randomly divided into control group (n = 48) 48 cases in the observation group were given routine care in the emergency department of the control group and quality nursing service was given in the observation group. The success rate of rescue, quality of care, VAS pain score and psychological status during hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results: The success rate of rescue in observation group was higher than that of control group, but the difference was not obvious. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The score of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and VAS pain score, SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Providing quality nursing services in emergency room can effectively improve the quality of care and rescue success rate, reduce the adverse reactions and pain status of patients, and improve the patients’ depression and anxiety status.
