[目的]观测清热解毒中药对乙酸致胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜表皮生长因子影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,60只大鼠喂养12d,称重后使用随机数字表法分为4组,空白对照组、模型组、奥美拉唑组、清热解毒组,15只/组。乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠造模,100%乙酸每日按2m L/100g标准灌胃,2周。空白对照组:1.25m L/100g,生理盐水。奥美拉唑组:1.04m L/100g,奥美拉唑水溶液。清热解毒组:1.25m L/100g,清热解毒组药物。药物干预12d,各组大鼠均在末次给药2~4h后处死,并取材末次给药2h后,用10%水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉,剖腹,结扎幽门、贲门,摘出整个胃并置于10%甲醛溶液中固定20min,沿胃大弯剪开,然后用无菌生理盐水冲洗后展开铺平,沿溃疡边缘3mm切下胃壁待检。观测表皮生长因子(EGF)。[结果]与空白对照组比较各组表皮生长因子(EGF)含量降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,奥美拉唑组和清热解毒组EGF含量升高(P<0.01)。与奥美拉唑组比较,清热解毒组EGF含量升高(P<0.01)。[结论]清热解毒法可以通过升高血清表皮生长因子的水平来降低溃疡的发病及复发的水平。
[Objective] To observe the effect of detoxification traditional Chinese medicine on gastric mucosal epidermal growth factor induced by acetic acid in rats. [Methods] Sixty rats were fed for 12 days. The animals were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, model group, omeprazole group, detoxification group, 15 rats / group . Acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer model rats, 100% acetic acid daily by 2m L / 100g standard gavage for 2 weeks. Blank control group: 1.25m L / 100g, normal saline. Omeprazole group: 1.04 m L / 100 g, omeprazole aqueous solution. Qingrejiedu group: 1.25m L / 100g, detoxification group of drugs. After drug intervention for 12 days, the rats in each group were sacrificed 2-4 h after the last administration, and the rats were sacrificed after the last administration for 2 hours. The rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of 10% chloral hydrate, laparotomy, pylorus and cardia, Fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution for 20min, cut along the greater curvature of the stomach, then rinsed with sterile saline and then paved. The gastric wall was excised along the edge of the ulcer for 3mm. Epidermal growth factor (EGF) was observed. [Results] Compared with the blank control group, the content of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in each group decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the EGF content in the omeprazole group and the Qingrejiedu group increased (P <0.01). Compared with omeprazole group, the content of EGF in Qingrejiedu group increased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Qingrejiedu method can reduce the incidence of ulcer and the level of relapse by increasing the level of serum epidermal growth factor.
