全国首次国产砼、钢筋、凿岩机械产品质量用户评价调查新闻发布会于1992年12月22日在京举行新华社、人民日报、工人日报、中国质量万里行、中国技术监督报、中央电台等报社、电台的记者以及全国有关企业厂家和用户代表80多人参加了会议。会议由中国质量管理协会副理事长全国用户委员会主任宋力刚主持,国家技术监督局质量监督司副司长李克昌和中国质协副秘书长张贵华先后作了重要讲话,中国质协用户委建机设备委员会常务副理事长梁匡时发布新闻公告。出席会议的领导还有国家技术监督局质量管理司姜秀林处长和中国质协用户委钟良副主任。会上天津市建筑工程机械厂于文沂副厂长和中国有色金属总公司孙守信高级工程师分别代表厂家和用户讲了话(讲话详见下文),会后组织了厂家和用户座谈会,发言十分热烈,一致表示要共同把好质量关,迎接1993年入关的挑战。
The press conference for the first national survey on the quality of user-made products for radon, steel, and rock drilling products was held in Beijing on December 22, 1992 in Beijing, including the Xinhua News Agency, the People’s Daily, the Worker’s Daily, the China Quality Supervision Service, the China Technology Supervision News, and the Central Radio Press. Over 80 reporters from radio reporters and representatives from relevant enterprise manufacturers and users across the country attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Song Ligang, Director of the National Users Committee of the Vice Chairman of the China Quality Management Association. Li Kechang, Deputy Director of the Quality Supervision Department of the State Bureau of Quality Supervision, and Zhang Guihua, Deputy Secretary General of the China Quality Association made important speeches. Liang Shishi, executive vice chairman of the committee, issued a press release. The leaders who attended the meeting were the Director of Quality Management Department of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision Jiang Xiulin and the Deputy Director of Zhong Liang, the Customer Committee of the China Quality Association. During the meeting, the deputy director of Tianjin Construction Engineering Machinery Plant Yu Wenxuan and senior engineer Sun Shouxin of China Nonferrous Metals Corporation spoke on behalf of the manufacturers and users respectively (for details, see below). After the meeting, the factory and user forum were organized to speak. Very enthusiastic, they all agreed to work together to achieve good quality and meet the challenges of entry into the country in 1993.
