本文通过培养试验比较了石灰性和非石灰性土壤中,~(14)C秸秆的矿化状况。结果表明,~(14)C秸秆碳在石灰性土壤中的矿化量,仅在施用量较高时(占土重1%以上),才高于非石灰性土,而在施用量较低时(占土重0.5%以下),并不存在矿化量增高趋势。~(14)C秸秆用量与矿化量以及土壤有机质矿化量之间呈极显著的正相关。两种土壤相比,随着~(14)C秸秆用量的增加,石灰性土壤中~(14)C秸秆碳和土壤有机质矿化量增加的幅度较非石灰性土壤中的大,表明增施有机肥对非石灰性土壤有机质,特别是新鲜有机质积累的效果较石灰性土壤明显。在石灰性土壤中,~(14)C秸秆配合无机氮肥施用,无机氮促进了~(14)C秸秆碳的矿化,并且~(14)C秸秆用量大的,无机氮促进~`(14)C碳矿化作用亦较大;~(14)C秸秆用量小的,相应的促进作用亦较小。而在石灰性土壤中,加无机氮未见对~(14)C秸秆碳矿化产生影响。

However, in calcareous soils, no effect of adding inorganic nitrogen on carbon mineralization of ~ (14) C straw was observed.
