目的:利用HPLC法测定黔产瓜蒌产品中3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇的含量。方法:采用色谱柱PntulipsTM BP-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(92:8),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃,进样量5μL。结果:3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇在0.12~1.20μg(r=0.9999)间线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.50%,RSD=1.92%,在瓜蒌子、瓜蒌皮及炒瓜蒌子中含量分别为0.12%、0.11%、0.10%。结论:该方法可用于黔引种瓜蒌及副制品的含量测定,为黔大规模引种瓜蒌提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of 3,29-dibenzoyl triclosan in Qian guas product by HPLC. Results: The linear relationship between 3,29-dibenzoyl triclosan was 0.12 ~ 1.20μg (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 99.50%, RSD = 1.92% And stir-fried razor clam in the content of 0.12%, 0.11%, 0.10%. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the content of melon and its sub-products in Guizhou, and provide a reference for large-scale introduction of melon in Guizhou.
