目的探讨医护合作个案管理模式对健康查体人员的干预效果。方法选取自2013年6月开展医护合作个案管理的健康查体人员987人为研究组,将2012年6月-2013年5月没有开展医护合作个案管理服务模式的查体人员965人作为对照组。查体后,发放满意度调查问卷,随访查体异常服务对象的治疗情况,同时进行组间比较。结果两组总的患病情况差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.016,P=0.900)。开展医护合作个案管理后,研究组服务对象的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=72.682,P<0.01)。查体发现异常的服务对象大多数接受了规范的治疗,疾病基本得到了控制或治愈,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义。结论医护合作个案管理服务模式能够提高服务对象的满意度,促进其健康。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of health care cooperative case management on health examination staff. Methods A total of 987 health check-ups from June 2013-June medical cooperation case management were selected as the research group. Nine hundred and sixty-five check-in personnel who did not carry out the management mode of medical cooperation between June 2012 and May 2013 were selected as the control group . After physical examination, questionnaires were issued satisfaction survey, follow-up examination of abnormal service targets for treatment, at the same time for comparison between groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 0.016, P = 0.900). After carrying out the case management of medical cooperation, the satisfaction of the service subjects in the research group increased significantly (χ2 = 72.682, P <0.01). Physical examination showed that most of the clients who were treated abnormally received standardized treatment, and the disease was basically controlled or cured. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The medical service cooperation case management service mode can improve the satisfaction of clients and promote their health.
