目的选取2014年-2016年宁波地区痰培养阳性肺结核患者的菌株进行药敏试验,并对耐药和耐多药情况进行分析,为更好地实施结核病防控规划提供依据。方法采用BACTEC MGIT 960液体药敏检测系统,CSLS推荐的比例法进行药物敏感性实验。结果分离菌株总的耐药率为35.17%,其中初治患者耐药率为28.01%,复治患者耐药率为57.40%。分离菌株总的耐多药率为13.93%,其中初治患者耐多药率为8.16%,复治患者耐多药率为31.84%。复治患者中41岁~60岁组的耐药率最高,为18.59%。结论宁波地区结核分枝杆菌耐药情况依然严峻。应大力推广快速培养和药敏检测技术,以达到更快的发现和准确治疗患者的目的。
Objective To select susceptible strains of patients with sputum culture positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Ningbo from 2014 to 2016 and to analyze their drug resistance and multidrug resistance so as to provide basis for better implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control plan. Methods BACTEC MGIT 960 liquid drug sensitivity test system and CSLS recommended ratio method were used for drug susceptibility test. Results The total drug resistance rate of isolated strains was 35.17%, of which the initial drug-resistant rate was 28.01% and the re-treatment rate was 57.40%. The total multidrug resistance rate of the isolates was 13.93%, of which the newly diagnosed patients were multidrug resistant rate was 8.16% and the multidrug resistant rate was 31.84%. Among the retreatment patients, the 41- 60-year-old group had the highest resistance rate of 18.59%. Conclusion The prevalence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Ningbo is still serious. Should be vigorously promote the rapid cultivation and drug sensitivity detection technology, in order to achieve faster discovery and accurate treatment of patients.
