拉力试验中拉伸速度是影响试验结果的重要因素之一,因此各国拉力试验标准中都明确的规定了拉伸速度。然而,各个标准对拉伸速度的规定(特别是屈服点前)很不一致,有的甚至相差三十倍以上,见表l: 在生产实践中,使用我国标准接近上限的速度时,似乎对某些钢的试验结果有影响,从表1中也可看出,我国标准对拉伸速度的规定也是比较快的,因而为了保证试验结果的准确可靠,有必要对这一问题作进一步探讨。
