研究了用以硫代硫酸盐浸出-树脂浆法为基础回收金的工艺处理Barrick公司的美国内华达州卡林型Goldstrike矿石的可能性。该矿石属于含碳的窃金矿石。这种矿石适于在温和的条件下进行硫代硫酸盐浸出。金以金的硫代硫酸盐络合物形式被浸出出来,因为金的硫代硫酸盐络合物与石墨炭亲合力低,所以,它们不会发生像在氰化回路中所发生的窃金现象。温和的浸出条件也适合于用强碱性阴离子交换树脂直接从浸出矿浆中回收金。最后,制定了新的洗提/树脂再生方法。该法包括从树脂上洗提金、从洗出液中回收金和树脂活性恢复,并返回到吸附回路中。
Studied the possibility of treating Barrick’s Carlin-type Goldstrike ore, Nevada, USA, using a process that relies on thiosulfate leaching-resin mortar recovery. The ore belongs to the carbon-containing steal gold ore. This ore is suitable for thiosulfate leaching under mild conditions. Gold is leached out in the form of gold thiosulfate complex, since the gold thiosulfate complex has low affinity with the graphite carbon, so they do not suffer from the theft of gold in the cyanide circuit phenomenon. Mild leaching conditions are also suitable for recovering gold directly from the leaching slurry using a strongly basic anion exchange resin. Finally, a new elution / resin regeneration method was developed. The process involves gold washing from the resin, recovery of gold from the eluate and recovery of resin activity, and return to the adsorption loop.
