一、前言 航空技术的发展,特别是高空高速飞机,对座舱透明材料提出了更高的要求。非定向玻璃由于存在抗裂纹性差的缺点,曾出现因座舱玻璃破裂而发生重大事故。因此,各国都重视从不同角度研究解决这一问题。采用拉伸定向的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)就是其中的一个方面。定向的PMMA,改善了韧性,提高了抗裂纹性,因而得到迅速发展,己用于飞机的活动舱盖、侧风挡和防弹玻璃等。 本文主要研究了国产DYB-3和DYB-4定向玻璃的宏观力学性能,以便更合理地使用这种材料。 一、试验研究
First, the foreword The development of aviation technology, especially the high-altitude high-speed aircraft, put forward higher requirements for transparent materials in the cockpit. Non-directional glass due to the shortcomings of poor anti-cracking, there have been major accidents due to cockpit glass rupture. Therefore, all countries attach importance to studying and resolving this issue from different angles. Tensile oriented polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) is one of them. Directed PMMA, improved toughness, improved crack resistance, which has been rapid development, has been used for aircraft hatch cover, side windshield and bullet-proof glass.
