以Pro/E为平台,对出口尼日利亚CK6E4型机车牵引电机冷却风道进行TOP-DOWN设计,使用HyperMesh软件对模型骨架进行前处理,并导入到CFD软件进行流体分析。优化了风道结构,使出风口风量的均匀性满足要求。
Using Pro / E as a platform, TOP-DOWN design of cooling air duct for traction motor exported to Niger CK6E4 locomotive was carried out. The model skeleton was preprocessed by HyperMesh software and imported into CFD software for fluid analysis. Optimized duct structure, the outlet air volume uniformity to meet the requirements.
