斑潜蝇隶属双翅目(Diptera)潜蝇科(Agromyzidae)斑潜蝇属(Liriomyza),是一类重要的农业害虫。近年来,随着海峡两岸果蔬贸易的快速发展,斑潜蝇类害虫传入大陆地区的风险明显增加,植物检疫部门急需该类害虫的快速鉴定技术和方法。本研究针对我国进境检疫性害虫三叶草斑潜蝇(L.trifolii),在检测和检索其线粒体DNA细胞色素氧化酶I(mtDNA COI)基因序列并与其近缘种美洲斑潜蝇(L.sati-vae)和南美斑潜蝇(L.huidobrensis)相同基因序列比对的基础上,设计并筛选了其种类识别特异引物,初步实现了三叶草斑潜蝇的快速鉴定。
Liriomyza sativa belongs to Diptera, Agromyzidae and Liriomyza, which are important agricultural pests. In recent years, with the rapid development of trade in fruits and vegetables across the Taiwan Strait, the risks of the introduction of leafminer pests into the mainland have increased markedly, and phytosanitary agencies urgently need rapid identification techniques and methods for such pests. In this study, we aimed to detect and search the mitochondrial DNA cytochrome oxidase I (mtDNA COI) gene sequence of the quarantine pest L.trifolii in China and compare it with its related species L. sativa -vae and L. huidobrensis based on the same gene sequence based on the design and screening of its species-specific primers designed to achieve a preliminary clover leafminer rapid identification.
