谈到培养学生的批判性思维能力,很多人会认为这是中高等教育应着力解决的问题,似乎与小学生有点远。其实,批判性思维是一个人的核心学习能力,是一个人对资讯的重述、分析、比较、应用和评估的能力,这种能力应该从小培养,或者说在小学阶段就应该打下坚实的基础。批判性思维能力的培养还是一个回环往复、不断上升的过程,考验着教师的教学智慧与临场的敏锐性。尽管对小学生来说有时候只是一种思想的萌芽,但可喜、可贵,须倍加呵护。
When it comes to fostering students’ critical thinking skills, many people think that this is an issue that higher education should tackle. It seems that it is a bit far from primary school students. In fact, critical thinking is a person’s core learning ability, is a person’s ability to restate, analyze, compare, apply and evaluate information. This ability should be nurtured at an early age, or a solid foundation should be laid at the elementary level . The cultivation of critical thinking ability is still a process of reciprocating and continuous improvement, which tests the teacher’s teaching wisdom and the sharpness of the spot. Although it is sometimes just a sprouting of thoughts for primary school children, it is gratifying, valuable and requires more care.
