结合习近平总书记在第30个教师节来临之际考察北师大时的重要讲话精神,探讨大学语文教师的职业发展素养问题。大学语文教师不能单一地重视专业知识水平这一维度的建构,而应努力实现道德(Moral)、专业(Profession)、激情(Passion)、耐心(Patience)四维品质的有机整合,从而使自己成为一个师德高尚、专业精深、激情饱满、耐心绵长的人,一个像MP3一样深受大学生喜爱的人。
In connection with General Secretary Xi Jinping inspects the spirit of the important speech of Beijing Normal University when the 30th Teacher’s Day is approaching, this paper probes into the professional development and accomplishment of college language teachers.
