我分部钻井队使用的泥浆振动筛大多是五十年代仿苏—50型泥浆振动筛。它振动频率低,不能自动排砂;经常跑泥浆;筛布易损坏,根本不能适应强化钻井和快速钻井的要求。我分部于今年年初着手试验改造了旧有泥浆振动筛。
Most of the shale shakers used by our branch drilling crew are imitation su-50 shale shakers from the 1950s. Its low vibration frequency, can not automatically sand discharge; often run mud; easy to damage the mesh cloth, simply can not meet the requirements of intensive drilling and rapid drilling. My branch started experimenting with the old shale shakers at the beginning of this year.
