四、岸滩整治与北岸开发利用杭州湾北岸从芦潮港到澉浦岸线长130km,以金丝娘桥为界,东边上海市岸段长69km,西边浙江省岸段长61km。上海市岸段分属3县:南汇12.4km,占18%;奉贤31. 7km,占46%;金山24. 9km,占36%。中部奉贤岸段最长,位于北岸弯凹处;东部南汇岸段最短,如考虑向东延伸到长江口与杭州湾分界线,需增加芦潮港到石皮勒10km岸线,也是以后人工半岛的范围;西部金山岸段有近一半,即戚家墩到省市边界岸线属上海金山石化公司范围。杭州湾北岸上海段防护
