阐述了用于铝合金焊接的中频脉冲MIG焊逆变器的基本原理、特点和工艺效果。借助315A场效应管式和630AIGBT式弧焊逆变器,通过中低频调制把输出为80kHz和40kHz的脉冲频率,变成1kHz以下的中频脉冲,对航天用铝合金板材进行MIG焊工艺的试验研究。结果表明,该技术具有逆变式电源的高效省料轻巧等优点之外,它比现有的低频脉冲和直流MIG焊技术具有更能保证熔透,“清洗”作用强,焊缝组织晶粒细化,微气孔倾向减少和接头强度高等突出优点,因此,具有很好的推广前景。
The basic principle, characteristics and process effects of IF MIG welding inverter used in aluminum alloy welding are described.
