目的:研究不同剂量的异丙酚对犬在体急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤冠脉循环的影响。方法:杂种家犬18只(11~14kg)随机分三组,NS组(生理盐水对照组)用量为2ml·kg~(-1)·h~(-1);HP组(高剂量异丙酚组)用量为11.2mg·kg~(-1)·h~(-1);LP组(低剂量异丙酚组)用量为5.6mg·kg~(-1)·h~(-1)。开胸阻断左冠脉前降支(LAD)90分钟后再灌注200分钟,于微泵注药前、注药60分钟以及再灌注60、120、和180分钟时,分别测各组LAD的血流量和冠脉灌注压(CPP)。结果:HP组和LP组用药60分钟后的CPP均低于NS组(P<0.05),再灌注120分钟和180分钟时的CPP和LAD血流量显著高于NS组同时间点指标(P<0.05)。结论:异丙酚对犬再灌注损伤心肌冠脉循环具有一定保护作用。
Objective: To study the effects of different doses of propofol on coronary circulation in acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in dogs. Methods: 18 hybrid dogs (11 ~ 14kg) were randomly divided into three groups. The NS group (NS control group) was treated with 2ml · kg -1 (-1) · h -1, and the HP group The dosage of phenol group was 11.2 mg · kg -1 · h -1; the dosage of LP group was 5.6 mg · kg -1 · h -1, . Thoracotomy was performed to occlude left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) for 90 minutes and reperfusion for 200 minutes. Before injection of micro-pump, injection for 60 minutes and reperfusion for 60,120 and 180 minutes, LAD Blood flow and coronary perfusion pressure (CPP). Results: The CPP of HP group and LP group were lower than those of NS group after 60 minutes (P <0.05). The CPP and LAD blood flow at 120 and 180 minutes after reperfusion were significantly higher than those of NS group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Propofol has a protective effect on myocardial reperfusion injury of coronary artery.
