采用定氮法、电泳法及氨基酸自动分析仪检测红驼和白驼血清蛋白质的各组分含量、分子量及水解氨基酸的种类.结果表明红驼和白驼血清蛋白组成基本一致.薄膜电泳分离得到的5条蛋白区带没有显著差异,SDS-PAGE分离均可得到分子量在0.80×104~11.2×104范围内的8条蛋白区带,这些蛋白共由17种氨基酸按一定的百分比构成.二者的差异主要表现在不同氨基酸种类的含量和高分子量蛋白区带的分布状态.揭示了双峰驼在定向培育过程中血清蛋白表型发生的变异程度
Nitrogen method, electrophoresis and automatic amino acid analyzer were used to detect the protein content of the red camel and camel serum protein, molecular weight and hydrolysis of amino acids. The results showed that the red camel and camel serum protein composition is basically the same. There were no significant differences in the bands of the five proteins isolated by the thin-film electrophoresis. Eight protein bands with a molecular weight in the range of 0.80 × 10 4 to 11.2 × 10 4 were obtained by SDS-PAGE. These proteins consisted of 17 kinds of amino acids By a certain percentage of composition. Differences between the two mainly in different amino acid content and high molecular weight protein zone distribution.
