沙棘俗称醋柳,遍布我省南北各地,太岳、关帝、五台、太行等省直各林局的沙棘资源集中连片,蓄量丰富,应该积极开发利用。1984年,我们在太岳林局大南坪林场进行了沙棘鲜果生产饮料的试制,取得了成功。现将试制结果简结如下:一、沙棘果汁的价值根据分析,每100克沙棘果汁中含维生素 C800~850毫克,高者可达1500~1700毫克,可溶性总糖8.5~10.5%,有机酸3.3~4.5%,蛋白质0.38%,维生素 A 原100毫克。此外,果汁中还含有维生素 B_1、B_2 和钾、镁、钙、铁、钠等微量元素;还含有异
