所谓分层化教学法是基于现代教育目标所提出来的,不同学生对教育的接受程度不同、理解程度不同、运用程度不同,所以因人施教、因学施教才能做到平等化教育。首先要将学生分层,根据不同层次学生的学习情况制订有针对性的教学方法,提高教学效率。其次要将教育分层,对不同层次学生制定难度适中的教学内容,提高学生的接受程度。如何提高初中数学的教学效果是教师们亟待研究的课题,利用分层导学法可以显著提升初中数学的教学结果,改善学生对初中数学的学习态度,本文从学生分层、课程分层、目标分层、作业分层四个方面谈了分层导学法对初中数学的影响,以及具体的实施方法,理论联系实际,深入浅出。
The so-called hierarchical teaching method is based on the goals of modern education. Different students have different levels of acceptance of education, different degrees of understanding and different levels of application. Therefore, because of their individual teaching, they can achieve equal education through teaching. First of all stratification of students, according to the learning of students at different levels to develop targeted teaching methods to improve teaching efficiency. Second, stratification of education should be made, and different levels of students should formulate moderately difficult teaching contents and enhance students’ acceptance. How to improve the teaching effect of junior middle school mathematics is an urgent subject to be studied by teachers. Using the method of hierarchical guidance can significantly improve the teaching results of junior middle school mathematics and improve the students’ learning attitude towards junior high school mathematics. This paper studies from the aspects of student stratification, course stratification, Stratification, job stratification in four aspects about the stratification method of junior high school mathematics, as well as the specific implementation methods, theory with practice, explain profound theories in simple language.
