4米~3电铲是目前我国大型露天矿山和水电站工地的主要采掘设备。多年来我国工人阶级遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“有所创造,有所前进。”的教导,在制造和使用4米~3电铲的实践中,不断进行了改进。我厂于1961年试制成功了第一台D—4型4米~3电铲,1966年综合矿山上的意见,为适应批量增多的需要,初步进行过一次改进。例如实现了司机室的保温和回转立轴铜套改为轴承等四项改进。在无产阶级文化大革命中,随着生产形势的发展,我厂在厂党委的领导下,组
