抓好保密工作决策部署破题,是落实工作的一个关键环节,也是各级保密部门、保密干部的一项重要职责。但同样是破题,在不同地区和部门破题落实的效果却不同,究其原因不外乎真破还是假破、会破还是不会破。二者既是作风问题,又是方法问题,是破题落实中不容忽视的问题。因此,从解决表面上破题、实际上没破题的“软破题”问题入手抓保密决策破题落实,对于端正工作作风,确保工作落地,都显得至关重要。
