目的柳珊瑚来源真菌Penicillium chrysogenum中聚酮-萜类化合物citrehybridonol及其晶体结构和生物活性研究。方法利用核磁、质谱等现代波谱分析方法和X-ray单晶衍射技术,对citrehybridonol的化学结构进行研究;运用细胞毒活性和抗菌活性模型对其生物活性进行评价。结果 Citrehybridonol为分离获得其晶体,并对其单晶数据进行报道。生物活性测试结果表明,该化合物对测试的细菌菌株未显示抗菌活性,对肿瘤细胞株未见细胞毒活性。结论 Citrehybridonol的单晶数据以及活性数据对今后系统研究聚酮-萜类化合物具有参考价值。
Objective To study the crystal structure and biological activity of polyketide - terpenoid citrehybridonol in Penicillium chrysogenum. Methods The chemical structure of citrehybridonol was studied by using modern spectroscopic methods such as nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The biological activity of citrehybridonol was evaluated by cytotoxic and antibacterial activity models. Results Citrehybridonol isolated its crystal, and its single crystal data reported. The biological activity test results showed that the compound showed no antibacterial activity on the tested bacterial strains and no cytotoxic activity on the tumor cell lines. Conclusion The single crystal data of Citrehybridonol and its activity data are valuable for the future systematic study of polyketone-terpenoids.
