机关档案室工作通则第二十一条规定:“机关档案室应该建立登记统计制度,对档案的收进、移出、保管、利用等情况进行登记和统计”。几年来我室随着档案数量的日渐增多,业务全面发展,我们越来越感到有必要建立档案统计工作。如我室做全年工作总结要了解全年收集整理了多少档案,现有多少档案。上级档案管理部门来检查工作也需要了解这方面的情况。由于没有建立起统计工作制度,所以都是需要时临时找登记,翻目录,数档案,费力不小,而且统计数字一次一个样,始终没有统计准确。针对这些问题,我室着手初步建立了“档案资料月终统计表”。经过数次修改,现在的统计表项目中包括类别(党委、行政、工会、共青团、技术档案等
