分析了各种可能用于井下螺杆泵驱动减速器的优缺点,确定了以N型少齿差行星齿轮减速器用于井下螺杆泵驱动,编制了井下螺杆泵少齿差行星减速器设计的CAD系统.利用该软件计算了多组齿轮变位参数,并检验了与所选择的插齿齿刀的干涉情况.对多组参数进行了优化选择.根据所选数据,利用工作站CADDS5软件进行了CAD三维参数化实体造型(ParametricModeling)和拟实设计(VirtalDesigning),将设计后的零件模型在基于CADDS5下的有限元分析软件(StressLab)进行了有限元分析和受力变形分析.
The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of driving gearboxes for downhole screw pump are analyzed.
