近年来,我国餐饮业食品安全事件层出不穷,业已成为关乎民生的重大问题,它从一个方面体现出一些餐饮企业缺乏必要的社会责任意识。以往对于这些问题,我们更多的是从法律法规、社会道德、舆论监督等方面查找原因和提出对策。本文将通过分析餐饮业食品安全现状,从企业内部因素探讨其社会责任缺失的原因,并从推行餐饮企业构建科学的食品安全管理体系入手,促进和提高餐饮企业履行社会责任的能力。
In recent years, food safety incidents in China’s catering industry have emerged one after another, which has become a major issue concerning people’s livelihood. From one aspect, it shows that some food and beverage enterprises lack the necessary sense of social responsibility. In the past, for these problems, we are more from the laws and regulations, social ethics, public opinion supervision and other aspects to find the reasons and put forward countermeasures. This article will analyze the reasons for the lack of social responsibility from the internal factors of the enterprise by analyzing the current situation of food safety in the catering industry and start with the establishment of a scientific food safety management system for catering enterprises to promote and enhance the ability of catering enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
