根据短跑运动项目的特点,对于短跑运动员要有很强的心理素质,短跑运动员能否在现场比赛中发挥出日常训练最佳效果,取决于比赛前的身体状态和心理状态。本文通过研究过度紧张的表现形式并找出其产生原因,提供运动员赛前紧张的调控方法,使优秀的短跑运动员在比赛中克服紧张的不利情绪,处于良好的比赛状态,最终全身心地投入比赛并取得优异成绩。
According to the characteristics of the sprint, it is necessary for the sprinter to have a strong psychological quality.
