为探明立体育苗及井窑式移栽促进烟草生长的机理,通过大田试验分析了4种栽培方式对白肋烟农艺性状、叶片活性氧代谢、激素含量、经济产量及化学品质的影响。结果表明,立体育苗结合井窑式移栽的组合栽培方式取得最显著改善效果。在农艺性状方面,可以显著提高株高、茎围、腰叶面积及叶数;在生理指标方面,团棵期CAT、SOD活性及IAA含量比对照分别提高了53.7%、35.1%、17.2%,MDA含量降低29.3%,成熟期CAT、POD的活性提高幅度分别为38.7%、28.2%,MDA及ABA含量降低幅度分别为35.3%、31.0%;调制后烟叶产量和产值分别提高了30.0%和39.1%,中上等烟率提高了13.3%,并通过改善烟叶总植物碱含量、氮碱比、钾氯比等指标提高了烟叶化学成分协调性。
In order to find out the mechanism of three-dimensional seedling raising and well kiln-type transplanting to promote tobacco growth, the effects of four cultivation methods on agronomic characters, active oxygen metabolism, hormone content, economic yield and chemical quality of burley tobacco were analyzed through field experiments. The results showed that the combination of three-dimensional nursery with well kiln transplanting achieved the most significant improvement. In terms of agronomic traits, the plant height, stem circumference, leaf area and leaf number were significantly increased. CAT and SOD activity and IAA content were increased by 53.7%, 35.1% and 17.2% The content of MDA and ABA decreased by 29.3% and 38.7%, 28.2% and 35.3% and 31.0% respectively in mature stage. The yield and value of tobacco increased by 30.0% and 39.1 %, The middle and upper smoke rate increased by 13.3%, and by improving the total plant leaf alkali content, nitrogen-to-alkali ratio, potassium-chlorine ratio and other indicators to improve the chemical composition of tobacco leaf coordination.
