新形势下对人才规模、人才素质、人才结构、人才机制提出了更高的要求。在分析铁路人才队伍建设面临的挑战和机遇的基础上,结合工作实际,提出加强铁路人才队伍建设的建议:加强规划引领,实现人才培养与铁路事业的协调发展;坚持统筹结合,加大人才培育开发力度;创新人才机制,营造人才成长的良好环境。
