利用RAPD-PCR技术,对7个抗大豆孢囊线虫的大豆材料和10个感病大豆品种的基因组DNA进行了RAPD分析,供试的200个随机引物均产生了清晰稳定的RAPD扩增产物,其中有21个随机引物产生的RAPD扩增产物具有多态性。获得了5个与大豆孢囊线虫病抗性相关的DNA片段,这些RAPD标记具有较高的重复性和稳定性,可辅助抗大豆孢囊线虫病大豆新品种的选育。
The RAPD analysis of seven genomic DNA against soybean cyst nematode and 10 susceptible soybean cultivars was carried out by using RAPD-PCR. The 200 random primers produced clear and stable RAPD amplification products, Among them, 21 random primers generated RAPD amplification products with polymorphism. Five DNA fragments related to soybean cyst nematode resistance were obtained. These RAPD markers have high repeatability and stability, and can be used for breeding new varieties of soybean resistant to soybean cyst nematode.
