职后教育是高师音乐教育的一项重要环节,因此,教师人格的培养和塑造是十分重要的。笔者认为,注重外在形式与环境对培养的主客体双方的内在影响,即培养对象的心理转化过程方面应该在教学过程中引起重视,应成为教学的重点。 After-school education is an important part of music education in normal colleges. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate and mold teacher’s personality. The author believes that paying attention to the inherent influence of the external form and environment on both the subject and the object of cultivation, that is, cultivating the psychological transformation process of the object should pay attention to in the teaching process and should become the focus of teaching.
