产妇在生产之后出现大出血,是导致产妇出现死亡的主要原因,所以,在产妇生产之后,如何有效的进行产后大出血治疗,是降低围产期产妇死亡的重要工作。对于不同情况所导致的产妇产后大出血,要结合产妇的实际分娩情况,来实行不同的治疗方式,这样才能对症下药,减少不必要的并发症出现,也可以及时的挽救产妇的生命。本文作者结合自身实际工作经验,对于产妇在产后出现大出血的治疗新进展问题,进行了简单的分析和探讨,并提出几点个人意见,以供大家学习交流。
