手术室工作为外科系统工作的“瓶颈”,其工作质量和效率直接影响到全院及各相关科室的床位使用率,平均住院日和床位周转次数等重要工作任务指标的完成。为提高麻醉科(手术室)人员对安排麻醉与手术的积极性,本着注重工作质量、鼓励多劳多得的原则,充分考虑工作年限、能力及人才培养因素,在保证基本奖金的基础上,对工作量进行量化记分,鼓励学术攻坚,奖勤罚懒,最大限度地调动工作人员的积极性。为此,我院手术室结合兄弟医院的管理经验,制定了奖金分配的二次考评办法,取得初步成效。现作如下探讨:

To this end, the operating room of our hospital combined with the management experience of the brothers hospital, formulated the second evaluation method of bonus distribution, and achieved initial results.
