通过在Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机上开展BR1500HS试样的等温相转变测试实验,获得了非扩散型相变温度区间中各温度下的热膨胀曲线,运用热膨胀法同时结合微观组织,得出BR1500HS试样在非扩散型相变区间的相转变规律;引入Marburger-Koistinen公式拟合获得非扩散型相变的动力学模型,将所建立的模型导入有限元分析软件中,开展模拟还原相变测试过程。将模拟结果与实验结果对照。结果证明,所建模型具有较高的准确性。
The thermal expansion curves of BR1500HS specimens were obtained at Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine at different temperatures in the non-diffusion phase transition temperature range. The thermal expansion method was used to combine the microstructure with the BR1500HS specimen to obtain the BR1500HS specimen The phase transition law in the non-diffused phase transition region was obtained. The kinetic model of the non-diffused phase transition was obtained by fitting the Marburger-Koistinen formula. The established model was introduced into the finite element analysis software to carry out the simulation reduction phase transition test. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the model has high accuracy.
