近年国外采用肾上腺糖皮质激素(以下简称激素)瘤内注射治疗眼睑血管瘤取得良好效果。但对其副作用,尤其对肾上腺皮质功能的影响,尚无系统研究报告。为此,我们作了如下观察。对象和方法一、对象选择年龄在1岁以内,血管瘤位于特殊部位(眼睑、眼眶周围、鼻面、腮腺、耳廓、乳房、外阴等)或躯干、四肢、瘤径>6cm、生长迅速的海绵状或混合性血管瘤64例作为观察对象。所有病例无急慢性疾病,从未接受过激素治疗。男20例,女44例;年龄1.5～12月。
