陆地棉抗枯、黄萎病性状配合力、遗传力的初步研究

本文以6个抗病品种和6个染病品种为亲本,组成6×6不完全双列杂交,对其抗枯、黄萎病性状的配合力遗传力进行研究。结果表明:1.12个陆地棉品种抗枯、黄萎病性状,亲本抗病性的一般配合力均比它们的特殊配合力重要。2.一般配合力高的性状,反映了亲本基因的加性效应占的比重较大,可有效地传递给后代。3.在杂种一代上,抗病品种和染病品种两者之间的影响,有较大差异。4.抗黄萎病的遗传力较抗枯萎病的遗传力为高。目前国内有关棉花抗病育种单位,正在用陕401等品种作为抗源,因此,评定这些品种的优劣程度,对棉花抗病育种工作甚为必要。 In this study, 6 resistant varieties and 6 infected varieties were used as parents to make a 6 × 6 incomplete diallel cross, and the heritability of combining ability of resistance to Verticillium wilt and Verticillium wilts was studied. The results showed that the general combining ability of resistance to Verticillium wilt and Verticillium wilt resistance and the parental disease resistance of 1.12 cotton cultivars were more important than their special combining ability. 2. The characters of high combining ability generally reflected that the additive effect of the parental gene accounted for a larger proportion and could be effectively transmitted to the offspring. 3. In the hybrid generation, there is a big difference between the resistant varieties and the infected varieties. The heritability of resistance to Verticillium wilt was higher than that of resistance to Verticillium wilt. At present, cotton breeding units in China are using Shaanxi 401 and other varieties as their source of resistance. Therefore, the evaluation of the merits and demerits of these varieties is necessary for the cotton breeding.
