615系小鼠及昆明种小鼠经含A蛋白葡萄球菌SpA菌体经腹腔免疫后两周,分别用小鼠腹水肝癌(H_(22)),恶性淋巴瘤(ARS)及白血病(L7712)细胞1×10~5腹腔攻击,观察2个月,实验结果表明:SpA菌体免疫对H_(22)肝癌细胞攻击的保护率为30%,抑制率为143.6%;对ARS恶性淋巴瘤细胞攻击的保护率为15%,抑制率达207.8%;对L7712白血病细胞攻击的抑制率为216.0%。SpA菌体诱导免疫保护效应强度不低于厌氧棒状杆菌(CP)组免疫。这些结果说明,SpA菌体腹腔免疫能诱导非特异的抗肿瘤免疫效应。
615 mice and Kunming mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with Staphylococcus aureus SpA strain for two weeks and were respectively treated with mouse ascites hepatoma (H22), malignant lymphoma (ARS) and leukemia (L7712) 1 × 10 ~ 5 intraperitoneal injection for 2 months. The experimental results showed that the protection rate of SpA was 30% and the inhibition rate was 143.6% The protection rate was 15% and the inhibition rate was 207.8%. The inhibition rate of L7712 leukemia cells was 216.0%. SpA strain induced immune protective effect of intensity not less than Corynebacterium (CP) group immunization. These results indicate that intraperitoneal immunization of SpA strain can induce nonspecific anti-tumor immune effect.
