为了探索血浆中乙型肝炎病毒的灭活方法,利用鸭乙型肝炎病毒模型,评价了抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原的鼠源性单抗与兔多抗对鸭血浆中病毒的直接灭活和免疫吸附清除的效果。结果发现,在一定条件下,两者均可使血浆中病毒的感染性消失。
