随着农业产业化进程的推进,农产品供应链中的核心企业已经无法依靠传统的供应链管理模式来获取敏锐的市场洞悉能力和积极的资源调配能力。对农产品产业链中各类知识的获取、提炼和应用的能力已成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。本文介绍了供销社可作为农产品供应链中核心企业的原因及应具备的功能,在此基础上分析了以供销社为核心的农产品供应链中知识管理的过程,最后提出相应的知识管理系统体系结构。
With the advancement of agricultural industrialization, the core enterprises in the agricultural supply chain have been unable to rely on the traditional supply chain management model to gain keen market insight and active resource allocation. The ability to acquire, extract and apply various types of knowledge in the agricultural product industry chain has become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduces the reason why the supply and marketing cooperatives can be the core enterprise in the agricultural supply chain and the functions they should have. Based on this, the process of knowledge management in the agricultural supply chain with the supply and marketing cooperatives as the core is analyzed. Finally, the corresponding knowledge management system structure.
