培养妊娠16、20和24周人胎肾上腺髓质组织2周,观察组织细胞形态和功能变化。结果提示,妊娠24周人胎肾上腺髓质组织功能较妊娠16和20周者为好。培养8天的妊娠24周人胎肾上腺髓质组织移植至24只成年家兔脑内。术后1周检查4只动物,3只移植物存活良好,1只部分存活。1个月时检查10只动物,6只移植物存活良好,1只部分存活,3只移植物消失。3个月时检查10只动物,5只移植物存活良好,1只部分存活,4只移植物消失。移植物存活良好者具有儿茶酚胺(CA)合成分泌功能。移植物部分存活及消失者可能与移植过程损伤和排异反应有关。
The human fetal adrenal medulla tissue was cultured for 16 weeks, 20 and 24 weeks gestation for 2 weeks, and the morphological and functional changes of the cells were observed. The results suggest that gestational age 24 weeks of fetal adrenal medulla tissue function than 16 and 20 weeks of pregnancy were better. Human fetal adrenal medulla tissue was transplanted into the brain of 24 adult rabbits for 24 days after 8 days of gestation. Four animals were examined one week after surgery, and three grafts survived well and one survived partially. Ten animals were examined at 1 month, 6 grafts survived well, 1 partially survived and 3 grafts disappeared. Ten animals were examined at three months, five grafts survived well, one survived partially and four grafts disappeared. Good graft survival with catecholamine (CA) synthetic secretion. Part of the survival and disappearance of graft may be related to graft damage and rejection.
