针对企业职工教育检查考核没有明确规范标准,评比检查只靠听汇报和看总结材料,只停留在没有一个客观尺度的定性阶段,更无法进行横向比较,因之评比带有主观随意性,其激励作用得不到充分发挥的问题。广西电力工业局颁布基层企业职工教育评估办法,其评估标准表中,横向包括类别、考核项目、标准分、考核标准、计分(分优良中差)、考核情况、自评分、检查组评分;纵向包括组织领导(25分),完成培训任务(55分),培训效益(20) 分。
