人才培养模式创新一直都是人才培养机制改革的核心环节。伴随着现代化会展业专业人才的需求量逐渐增长,会展专业人才的培养模式已经引发了相关部门的高度关注,市场也更加期待培养模式能够创新化,为其提供更多优秀的专业人才。因此,本文以河北省为例,对会展人才培养存在的问题进行了具体分析,进而对会展人才培养模式的创新思维和实现策略做了探究。
Personnel training mode innovation has always been the core of personnel training mechanism reform. With the gradual increase in the demand for modern professionals in the MICE industry, the training model for MICE professionals has drawn the attention of relevant departments. The market is also looking forward to cultivating more innovative talents and providing them with more outstanding professionals. Therefore, taking Hebei Province as an example, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the existing problems in the exhibition personnel training, and then explores the innovative thinking and realization strategies of the exhibition personnel training modes.
